An Essay from CREST

The Center for Responsible Travel (CREST) has sent to GRT its newest Essay, in occasion of the International Women's Day: " Celebrating Women in Tourism "

CREST  is a non-profit research Institute located in Washington, DC, with the mission to promote tourism policies and practices globally, so that local communities may thrive and steward their cultural resources and biodiversity. Among the Communities with which CREST works, women play an integral role – a role that has grown considerably in size and scope in recent years.
